Thank you for choosing BDG Safety for your personal protective equipment needs. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and efficiently.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day): 2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $5,000 or more shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Special Order & Custom Items

Certain products — including select Hardknock helmet configurations and custom-branded items — may require additional lead time of 3–6 weeks. Lead times for these items will be communicated at the time of order.

Government & Purchase Order Orders

Orders placed via government purchase order or GSA Schedule (Contract No. 47QSMS24D0046) are fulfilled under the terms of the applicable contract. Shipping terms and timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for large or heavy items.
