Jon Davis
Managing Partner & CEO
Jon Davis is a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief who served as Senior Enlisted Leader for Tactical Information Operations Forces at Naval Special Warfare Command, completing seven Special Operations deployments. At BDG Safety he leads sales, government programs, and people operations, applying the same mission-first discipline to getting the right protective equipment to the people who need it.
Don Swope
Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Don Swope is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief with more than 20 years in Naval Special Warfare, completing six combat deployments. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads operations, strategy, and business growth, working with government agencies, enterprise customers, and manufacturing partners to bring proven safety solutions to the field.
Collin See
Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Collin See brings more than a decade of construction management experience and has delivered over $100 million in civil, design-build, and general contracting projects across the Western United States. He oversees BDG Safety's financial operations and understands from the jobsite side what contractors need: the right gear, priced right, delivered on schedule.
Pete Turbide
Partner & Chief Technology Officer
Pete Turbide is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief with more than 20 years in Naval Special Warfare and the U.S. Intelligence Community, where he led cyber, signals intelligence, and electronic warfare operations. At BDG Safety he directs technology, systems integration, and company store programs, building the infrastructure that keeps orders accurate and customers informed.

Chief Marketing Officer
Jennah Mitchell brings nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, operations, and project management. She leads BDG Safety's brand, digital channels, and the Safety Resource Center, making sure customers can find the right protection and the technical information behind it.
Eleanor Givera
Production Assistant
Eleanor Givera supports BDG Safety's production operations, keeping quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and order tracking moving from request to delivery. She works closely with the sales team and suppliers so every order is accurate, documented, and on schedule.
Sean Cordes
Graphic Designer
Sean Cordes leads design for BDG Safety's custom and decorated products, producing the renders, logo placements, and artwork that turn a customer's brand into finished helmets, apparel, and safety gear. Every order is approved visually before it goes to production, so customers know exactly what they will receive.
